Return & Refund Policy

At Cycmate, customer satisfaction is always our top priority. Our dedicated quality control and quality assurance teams carefully inspect all items prior to shipping, and our product quality is guaranteed.

1. Quality Issues

If a product has manufacturing defects or is damaged during transportation, you may contact us to request one of the following solutions (depending on the situation):

  • Partial refund compensation

  • Free parts replacement

  • Gift compensation

  • Vehicle replacement

  • Full refund

2. Non-Quality Issues

For returns due to personal reasons (such as dissatisfaction, wrong purchase), as long as the product is unused and in good packaging condition, we will accept the return. The customer will be refunded minus the shipping cost of $50–$100 incurred.

3. Return Process

  1. Apply for return

    • Buyers submit return applications by email or phone.

    • The reason for return and relevant proof (such as photos) must be provided.

  2. Return review

    • We will review and process the return request within two working days.

    • According to the situation:

      • For simpler problems, we may offer a partial refund, free replacement parts, or gifts (car bag/rearview mirror/cup holder/car cover) as compensation to retain the order.

      • For customers who still wish to return the goods, we will provide a return address.

  3. Refund processing

    • After receiving and inspecting the returned goods, we will process the refund through the bank within two working days.

4. Special Policy: Compensation Without Return

For customers dissatisfied with their experience but not requesting a return, we may provide:

  • A partial refund of $30 or $50, or

  • A gift (car bag, rearview mirror, cup holder, or car cover)

This ensures customer satisfaction and encourages positive reviews.

5. Warranty & After-Sales Service

  • From the date of purchase, Cycmate provides one-year maintenance service and free replacement of faulty parts.

  • Motors and batteries are covered with six months of free maintenance and replacement.

  • We also provide lifetime technical support for all products.
